1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our aromatherapy products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
- Items bought during sales/clearance
2. How to Return
- Email us at vinluxewellness@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and clear images of the item.
- Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
- Ship returns to our address (customer pays return shipping unless the item was incorrect/damaged).
- Once received and verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
